Impossible to get a loan

i don't know why you sent that agent of yours to call me because when i asked her which company am i owing she said i don't know after that she said you have a check account when asked again from where she doesn't know still so what the **** is wrong with you FNB what ****ed me off the most is i did a credit check on my name whilst you know you not gonna assist me i complained about this last week Sunday but still it looks like you don't know what your talking about . i want this matter resolved now you cant mess up with my credit scoring i've worked so hard to keep my score on point now you come with your nonsense. your are pathetic
