Impossible to FICA Business Account at FNB

I have been trying to FICA my business account at FNB now for two years. The last six months I took several trips to branch and delivered documents. Spent hours to get most up to date documents and spent hours sending to FNB. Last month I submitted every document according to their protocol and the branch manager phoned and confirmed with FICA dept that all documents have been submitted. Without contacting me again the account has been suspended due to FICA documentation. ( more than forty min on phone with call centre) Call centre say they can see I submitted documents but for unexplained reason it was never uploaded. They will prioritise my case and phone me back. They never phoned me back. Thus after two years and submitting FICA documents literally every three months I have given up with FNB as it is impossible to FICA a business account at FNB . I have business accounts at two other banks and I do not have FICA problems at them, and it is precisely the same documentation!!!!<br>
