IMPOSSIBLE TO FICA BANK ACCOUNTS - THEY SHOULD NOT LOSE THE DETAILS - IT IS STILL ALL THE SAME

It is impossible to FICA you business account. I have been spammed by FNB for a month with sms but no instructions to do it. Then I receive a threatening sms that my account will be frozen. The SMS says they will contact me - still waiting.

I have phoned and now they are doing it verbally it is impossible to do it. They say their system is slow. Their connection is lousy and they are wasitng my time. I did one via online - but no instrucctions their either. You have to know to click on Business Solutions - really !!!
