Impossible to ever save any money if you have to keep calling

This has been an on going thing, you call Fnb waste all your airtime phoning them cause when u get through they either cant hear u or line goes blank, no one ever calls you back!!! I am trying to get my ITC updated due to fault from Fnb with 2 credit cards with a zero balance reflecting.
