Impossible to downgrade account- Terrible private banking support.

Terrible Service. I have been trying for 3 months to get my private account downgraded to Premier but no success with both call center and Private banker. No help at all. Countless follow up emails been sent with no responses . No Idea what else to do , to get my account sorted out
