Impossible to deal with FNB Non-resident Centre
The rating should cater for negative, that is how I would rate the FNB Non-resident centre. It is impossible to deal with them - non-responsive, non-helpful, non-caring, non-contactable, non-service, non-competent, non-worthy

11 Oct 2019, 14:19Dear Lentikile Ntloe,
Thank you for your email. I find it perplexing that you couldn’t contact me. I have no missed calls nor voice messages from you. Accordingly, I can only deduce that, either:
- You’ve been calling the incorrect number which is disappointing as my number has been on the numerous emails forwarded to your team and should be in your data base; or
- You haven’t called at all which is disappointing as if that were true, comments in your email would be untrue; or
- You actually haven’t called as it was easier to pretend you did and emailing was a safer option, which is disappointing given that your title is “Service and Quality Manager”; or
- You actually don't really care and are only going through the motions, after all, I’m probably one of many disgruntled clients; or
- You did call but somehow couldn’t get through, which is disappointing as you haven’t really tried enough (three days have passed since your email without any further attempt to contact me); or
- There may be some other reason that you may provide that would be clarifying of equally perplexing.
Nevertheless, I invite you to call me. I’m based in Australia and would be happy to take your call between the hours of 4pm and 6pm AEST - 9hours ahead of South Africa. If you leave a message, I will return your call. Let’s see!
I look forward to hearing from you.
