Impossible to contact FNB in times of need!

Absolutely terrible service. Impossible to contact FNB while working abroad. Over the years I have needed help from them without any result. You constantly dis-connected via their personal "online banker" chat. I must have spent perhaps hours over many attempts trying to talk to someone. each time you are being pushed back in their queue trying to re-connect. Reach them over the phone from abroad is next level impossible. i am a patient person but this last time was the straw. It has almost been 15 years with them.. I am DONE.
