Impossible to contact and given the run around

<p>I had an incident giving rise to a claim and struggled to contact FNB Insurance Brokers. When I finally did and had to take the car to the panelbeaters for assesssment, that was another hassle. The panelbeaters got approval and called me to bring the car tomorrow at 09h00. I have been on the phone literally all day trying to get FNB to sort out my courtesy car. I have been told my policy is at main branch, then told its at Bedfordview then somewhere else. I dont know ehat to do anymore because I still dont have a courtesy car and don't see how I will drop the car at the panelbeaters without knowing if I will be mobile thereafter. I'm sadly at the gatvol point of my relationship with these people.</p>
