Impossible to close Share account

I have been trying to close my share saver account with Fnb for months now. I send emails, and I also try to contact them on ***, but no answer. When you phone that number, you hold on listening to a lot of advertising about Kruger rands etc and then get disconnected. Going to a branch is not an option, because of the times I work and distance etc. Now the fees are just adding up.
