Impossible to close an account

I'm never openig another account with FNB.

On the FNB app, I was asked if I wanted to open a free investor account, which I did, but then FNB started charging me an extra 83 rand a month on this account. Then when I want to close I get redirected and redirected at least 6 times by people and I feel like its just a joke. So I want to close it but its like fort knox trying to get through to someone who can assist me.

Why is opening/upgrading an account so easy at the touch of a button but to close one its impossible?
