Impossible to close a business account

They refuse to close my business account for the past 2 months, telling me it's impossible to remove a pledge placed by one of their own by the Name of Thabo Lebepe, whom I'm told they can't get hold of. Everyday I call I'm told emails are sent, calls are either ignored or on voicemail. I was given the email address I emailed him myself but still no response.It gets more frustrating when sometimes I feel they expect me to be the 1 to find 1 of their own myself while they can't find him. For 2 months now trying to close account to no avail and still their charges are being taken. All I want is to close my account and get disconnected from Fnb for good
