Impossible to cancel overdraft.

Never get an overdraft facility with FNB, they basically make it impossible for you to close it. You cant decrease it below R1000 online. So I called in to get it done. Their "Automated response" system sends you to the wrong department every time. When you ask to get put through to the right department they hang up. Eventually after 45minutes of being on the phone, calling back numerous times and finally being put through to the right person. You have to go into the branch to do it!!! Why can I not just do it online? I can easily get credit online, but they make you jump through hoops to close it. Greed that's why, make it impossible to do so that they can keep gouging you for interest.
