Impossible to ask questions about existing Covid 19 relief

Hello,

It is impossible to reach your Covid 19 Relief Department. I am desperately trying to find out as to whether my debit orders will go off my relief loan account tonight rather than my cheque account, additionally why does my account say next payment 7 May???

Please do not ask me to email tjem nor to phone them. They do not answer.
