Impossible contact !!!
Fnb is proving very hard to get in contact with. When you do get lucky to get through to someone on the phone the quality of the line is so poor it is almost always difficult to hear the agent and most of the time the line get disconnected!

03 Feb 2022, 15:27I have now tried to go into a branch at FNB Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria to get assistance with my application since the phone did not work. At the branch I was told I cannot get help from branch staff. Instead they referred me to the same call-center number and I had to use the phone at the branch. This experience was not any better.
