Impossible banking

I tried to resolve a query on my online banking platform and was told i have to get the app and cellphone banking in order to be assisted? Since when? i only use my laptop as it is easier for me to read and see. Ongeziwe and Olga did not help at all and i am now bascically forced to use something that is impossible as i have a old outdated phone with no storage. I need help as there is R1 500 missing from my credit card that shows nowhere. I also cannot go to a branch
