Impossible
Trying to close my Buisness account and it's been a 2 week battle to close my account and still to date it's still open. The account is impossible to close due to a charge on the debit card, strange thing is I've never had a card registered on this account.
I've been to the cradlestone branch numerous times and sit there for 2 to 3 hours for them to tell me that the account cannot be closed.
How now?
