Impolite and pathetic customer care fromFNB

I would like to report pathetic service from your department assisting with my query on my dad's account, the person assisting me was rude and did not want to supply her name and slammed the phone in my ear. This is not customer service, or am I wrong? I need an urgent call from someone who has customer relations values and can communicate and is competent in her work!
