Impersonal and unresponsive

OVER A MONTH NO REPLY. I called to cancel a policy that they overcharge for... that I got covered through another agency for much much less with an included extra benefit . Been trying to cancel it. Called them about my interest rate because I was struggling last month, asked them to give me a a slight repayment holiday until my funds started coming in very impersonal service. They took the loan repayment before I could pay any of my other orders and it would be the second one that month. When I try to call them it's impossible to get through. Now my cash flow is better but every little bit helps and after a month now of trying to cancel this policy I still haven't received a response. Good thing for them I will pay back what I borrowed from them. I will leave this bank after that. Totally unhappy. The online messaging always refer you elsewhere... what's the point of even chatting to them.
