Impeccable Service

I went to FNB Woodbridge in Glen Marais and I was assisted by Mr Kabelo Malebane regarding unfair charges. I was extremely livid with FNB but Kabelo calmly listened and tried to find the best solution for me. He called multiple helpdesks and was sent from pillar to post but he never gave up. What a stellar guy Mr Malebane is, I heard he's a team leader he honestly deserves to be more. He has amazing people skills. He managed to calm me down and resolve my issue when I was ready to say goodbye to FNB, he even called me the next day to give me feedback like he said he would.A very well done to you sir, keep up the amazing work.
