Impeccable lack of service

If I could give minus stars!!!! Ive sat being passed from one consultant to the next, not understanding what took Absa 20 mins in total from start to finish. FNB SIMPLY CANT GET RIGHT!!! ALL I WANT IS A CONSULTANT TO CALL ME NOT ALL MORNING BUT AFTER 3 AS I WORK FOR A SCHOOL, I NEED CREDIT PROTECT ON MY CREDIT CARD DEBT.
