Impeccable and exceptional customer service

Today, I received exceptional service from a Rezano Coutries at FNB. He assisted me effortlessly and explained the process to me thoroughly and respectfully. FNB as a bank may not be the best bank out there because of all the service charges and high costs for transactions, but dealing with Rezano this morning, showed 150% of great customer service. Keep it up Rezano!
