I'm very disappointed

I'm so lost. Not understanding how fnb works. They sell you all this wonderful things and when it's time to put their money where their mouth is...dololo. Where is the personalized interest rate I was promised with my account? Why is it that I'm struggling with my own bank to give me a better deal than other banks? Why is it that you can offer me everything from a pri... account to personal and revolving loans and an overdraft but you fail to give me a better interest rate on vehicle finance? It seems you lie just to get business and when you get it your service is out the door. To think I was considering switching my homeloan.
