I'm very angry

I made 3 payment on Friday and according to them I put wrong card number yo my surprise and noticing that the money is not reflecting I called them Saturday morning hhe lady I talk talk said hhe money will be reversed in two hours and til tdy nothing, I called them again this morning nothing even go to the branch nd the lady who was supposed to help me was not helping at all
