I'm trying to pay you back! What's the point of having a debt cover with you

So much for " How can we help you?" Yet you really don't care and are a nightmare to deal with.

How are you failing to uphold what you said you would do? You rejected my claim even though I have had a debt cover policy with you for over a decade. 24hrs after being told by one of your agents that the claim was approved and merely waiting for payment, I received a call to say my claim was actually rejected. That call was the only call I have ever received from you to date!

You said a Policy Service Agent will call me to tell advise how my policy will be restructured so I can get a refund or claim but 2 months later and that hasn't happened. You have told me 3 times since 4 September that this matter has been escalated yet I receive no feedback. How am I struggling for almost half a year on a matter that pays you back????? Calling you doesn't help. E-mailing you doesn't help. You really don't care yet have no issue calling me daily from your collections department.

Can you actually help me? Or is your slogan really nothing more than a marketing gimmick???
