I'm totally fed up with FNB personal loans

On the 14 June I checked my settlement balance on my personal loan on the FNB APP. I then made a paymemt straight away to settle. The balance was R0.00. On the following day which is 15 June -R99.00 appeared. I sent email on the same day to enquire about it and also requesting a settlement letter. I never got a response. On the 08 July I phoned call to the call centre after several emails sent without response. The consultant said the R99.00 is for insurance and bank charges. What a hell!! How does a settlement balance exclude all these charges? On the 15 June they deducted R954 repayment which includes all these charges on top of the settlement balance. I will never take a personal loan with FNB. I pay this bank so well yet they treat me like a piece of sh*t. The consultant said they will deduct R854 on July 15. I don't what that for because I paid those charges they said I'm owing. I'm so FED UP. Good luck to anyone who wants to take loan from FNB with their highest interest rates! Loan account number: ***
