Im tired of this
I just received another email and sms asking me to update fica details.
This is after the so called premier team sent me an email confirming compliance.
I dont appreciate being constantly asked for this.
If this does not stop i will be forced to write to the ombud, SARB and the FIC complaining to them about your innapropriate monitoring processes.
And also note that I will NOT resend anything to you. You can go and retrieve everything yourself.
