I’m Tired of FNB.

I've had multiple transactions on my account noted as items paid no funds. I've been told that these are transactions that Fnb has honoured on my behalf when my account had no funds whereas when a transaction is completed, a hold is put on said funds spent at that time until the merchant has had time to verify the purchase. And I have yet to spend more money that is in the available balance on my account. When I ask for which transactions the debits were for I’m shown transactions where my balance supersedes the transaction and shows the transaction where money was coming into my account which in turn makes no sense. What bothers me though is the fact that this transaction has gone through four times in the past four days no trail which particular transaction each debit is linked to. I have had three R47 transactions go through in the past four days and one with R141 so I have lost a total of R282 to Fnb without knowing where it's gone to. On top of that there is a debit order mandate linked to an FNB loans account that I am not aware of I am aware of my personal loan account, but this is not linked to my personal loan account, this is a smaller amount of R282 that is not linked to my account accounts because it doesn't appear under my accounts. That end on the 4th of October I had a debit order mandate of R120 go off to the unlimited that I had cancelled myself well before the 15th of last month.

And on top of that a ***** case of R2800 that I’d opened over a year ago and I’m honestly frustrated and I’m just thinking of moving my business to a different bank. I’m sick and tired of this.
