I'm still on FNB's lets give this client as much **** as possible list.

FNB really doesn't seem trustworthy or believable. I am now getting almost daily sms' from FNB bullying me to download and use their app. I contacted support via the secure chat on the web page. the agent (Zanele) told me that she would find out if it can't be stopped. After 10 minutes, she casually informed me that "sorry, it's sent automatically and can't be stopped. You can just block the sms on your phone." You guys clearly doesn't even understand your own technology. These messages are sent from a different number every time. How the hell should I block that? Also, from a previous conversation, I know that FNB uses different sms services for different and the same purposes. Blocking a number will result in me possibly not getting important information regarding something relevant. Doesn't my privacy mean anything to FNB? clearly a relationship with FNB is a very one sided affair. Also: your previous advise that incontact sms's are not delayed (even though I receive them after exactly 10 minutes) are not believable since OTP messages are delivered immediately.

After I complain here about not wanting to use the app and not wanting adverti*****ts about it, you get a junior consultant to call me whom needs to ask me how to pronounce my name, not properly identifying herself, and then asking me to open my app (yes, the same one that I am complaining about that I don't want and that you're bullying me to install) to identify myself (after you called me with no proper introduction)? That's just insulting.
