IM SO SORRY!
I WOULD JUST LIKE TO APPOLOGISE TO KIM AT FNB CASCADES PIETERMARITZBURG.<br> LAST WEEK I APP**** FOR A CREDIT CARD. KIM CALLED ME ON WEDNESDAY AND TOLD ME MY CARD HAD ARRIVED :)<br> ALL WENT SO GREAT AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!<br> KIM WAS AN ABSOLUTE STAR!<br> AFTER KIM HELPED ME, AND I GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE, I RECEIVED AN SMS ASKING ME TO RATE KIM'S SERVICE. I WAS SO SWAMPED IN WORK, THAT I ACCIDENTALLY SEND \1"(POOR)"
