I'm so disappointed 😥

It's been 4months now my mom app**** for estate account for my last father, fnb doesn't help us the always tell us about delinking and the send us to Blake and associates collection. Blake Collection team just respond to us that the close our last father account. Now when we call again at fnb the tell us about delinking again, I just wanna know how long it's take for them to delink one loan. We didn't pay school fees and house services for months since we waiting for fnb to transfer money to estate account as the have told us about 21 working days but now it's been months and we have a child who is in matric the need books and fees all money is there. My mom even ask if the can speed up the process because of school but all the time when we call it's all about delinking. This delinking teams it's taking 3 months to solve the matter. Please fnb look for late Mr Tshbangu account of estate and help us my mom is Mrs Tshbangu. If the is any money our late dad owes you my mom is going to pay it after opening that estate account. We always call and ask to speak to team leaders we always get high hope that maybe the will open it after 7 working days all the time. It's been months now since 18th November until today no luck and we have send every document that the needed at fnb. We need help with this account we are tired with high hope and false promises from stuff that work under estate. My father chooses to bank with you because he trust you
