I'm ****** nd ****med by the bank called FNB

I'm very disappointed by this bank my choice was not good to choose this thing there are many things wrong about it they fail in many things, now they ****** me a claim of my casin brother it's a year now the are running with a claim,no call no sms from them to me but they said I must wait they will come back to me ,and they said that last year around May , so if you have a funeral cover at FNB you must know that they will not bury your Loved ones but they will **** you and if you still thinking about joining them please change that thinking,they always liying nd robbing thats why that bank is big they are building it by blood of poor black people, can someone advice me in that
