I'm referring more to the law on call Customer service department and especially consultant Refilwe, what a rude women , no customer service experience , since Monday I've been waiting for a callback from.an Advisor on a sensitive matter, eventually called.2 days later, i missed it due to being on another call, called back straight after it, requested to be called again, 5 times after that missed call and will this women not give me attitude and advise me i have to wait again another 24hrs, pathetic. the longer you're a client the worse the service gets it seems in Customer 'service'
