I'm really dissapointed in opening an account with them as my account was unfairly frozen in January 2026

I'm really dissapointed in opening an account with them as my account was unfairly frozen in January 2026. They don't give me any feedback at all and it's been 3 months!! They Just keep quiet. We had to get by another way these last few months as my money was still in that account that's frozen. And guess what....They're still taking there monthly fees from the money that I can't even use!! Watch out for this bank they can't be trusted.
