I'm not sure what else to do!

I app**** for Covid-19 relief, it was approved, my debit orders went through however, they were reversed again on the 02.06.2020 but not my bond. End June only my bond debit order was deducted - this is because it is done directly from my remuneration.

My bond debit order is supposed to be reversed just like everything else. I called the Debt Relief, Bond, Collections, Debit dept. and I even went to the bank(Graff Reinet branch) directly no one could assist me.

I finally resorted to "Secure Chat" on my app last week; my query was escalated and I was asked to wait 3 working days, it's day 5 today - I am still waiting for someone to call me.

My App shows that I owe FNB 35k, how is that possible if I never received the above???
