I'm Morris, I'm talking of behalf of my mother she a pensioner, her money was withdrawal early in the morning on 02 October 2025 before she can go and collect her money, so she did go to the FNB (First National Bank) at Moratiwa Complex (Monstros, Limpopo Province) the service she get was not good enough, they even cut her Card, they did not give her new one, they told her to come back after 10 days
