I’m leaving this bank, they have been shocking in assisting me with a ***** case I logged in November 2022. I have had no feed back or follow ups or updates to my case. I have been the one chasing and following up and get random timings on the progress of my case. I’ve been with FNB for 15 years and it really makes me sad that I’m leaving all because of the mistreatment I received with my case.
