I'm leaving fnb

Good day,I'm in a situation where my account is been debited by company called Obmar203517 monthly since February.i tried to reverse the money using the app but it seems like I was blocked from doing that.i phone fnb for assistance but to no avail I was not assisted.i then went to an Fnb branch in Pta to find out about the debit order but told that they're not actually allowed to reverse/or it can only be done through of which I tried and failed.the lady then adviced me to report it to fnb as ***** of which I did,and so far no one ever contacted me over that ******* debit order.so far the money is still been debited from my account and I don't know if wether I should change the account or what....please help
