i'm in cellular hell
i am stuck with FNB connect and their broken systems will not let me leave them. Besides the shocking Cellular coverage, and with load shedding, you better off using smoke signals, as it seems FNB is de-prioritised off the primary GSM provider networks. Now i want to leave, as they will not accept my port request, they continue to cancel it without any process, i have even tried there sms service but also does not work - "PortInBySMS service temporarily suspended. Please use alternative channels." - i'm in cellular hell - i will soon cancel and forfeit all my numbers with them

17 Nov 2022, 16:27three weeks to try get this done, only to revert to a complaints channel to get a response, this is not what you would expect form the top banking brand !!!!! still have not gotten my reference to the call i made at the call centre an hour ago ? to be honest was not expecting one !!
