I’m furious with FNB and Tarryn James Pharo over our account International Al**** Procurement (***). For months, she has been sitting on it, refusing to close it or release our money. Despite engaging a lawyer who sent several emails, she ignored him completely. FNB says the account was blocked because someone logged in using a device linked to *****. Fine, but that was not us, and there’s no claim against our transactions. Now, after 6 months, we’re stuck paying bank fees while our money is held hostage. FNB is dragging out the process to keep deducting fees. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I warn others to avoid FNB. Use Capitec instead, which resolves issues within 24 hours. We just want our money and the account closed. It’s time FNB does the right thing!
