IM ****ED WITH FNB AND I WILLTAKE THIS MATTER UP TILL SOMEONE LISTENS

I am fuming with FNB because yesterday i went to the Voortrekker Road Branch and as i was climbing the stairs to walk into the back the silver trimming on the stairs rip through my jeans and damaged them. The thing could have cut my leg and thigh open and i feel that it is your responsibility that make sure that the your premises meet the health and safet requirement. What pains me is that the jean that was torn i bought it last week and it was still brand new new. So my R2500 is going down the drain because of your irresponsibility. Nobody cared at your branch instead they only decided after that to rather cordoned off the area after i left. Im very irritated.
