Weeks later, I have received no feedback for reference *** - [External Email] [REF:***]

I don't know what to do anymore. I've contacted Gabiba Da Silva and Bongiwe Magawu regarding this to no avail.

I'm extremely frustrated at this point and am now 100 percent sure I'll be losing my account with yourselves as soon as my issue is fixed.

This has been a very underwhelming experience.
