I’m Done with FNB

I’m sick and tired of this bank like seriously they never take anything serious. I have a pending case with them and they promised a call back and till today nothing and now I just spoke to one of they agents for my eWallet service and his telling me that my service has been blocked for 6months whereas I couldn’t use the service for 3years now. When I asked the agent to explain why that’s been happening he just drops the call.
