I'm done.
Just a little over a month ago I tried logging in to my online banking. FNB kept telling me I was punching in the wrong details. To check myself- I entered my login details on Microsoft Word which confirmed that I was, in fact, entering my password correctly. But still- I had to change my details (not once, not twice- THREE times.) I had to phone FNB and wait to speak to a consultant who initially told me the fault was on my side but after several attempts realised that it was a problem that needed to be escalated to FNB. It took TWO DAYS for FNB to resolve and the excuse was that they did updates on their website the previous day. Well, this morning I had the absolute horror of having to relive that same day. Only this morning I spoke to a consultant who was convinced that I was in the wrong and that I was simply punching in my details incorrectly. So- YAY, after having to convince him that this happened to me a previous time in the exact same manner and him trying to get me to change my online banking details again and again and again- the problem has once again been escalated. Which means that YAY FOR ME-----I get to be without online banking for another TWO WHOLE DAYS.
I'm DONE. FNB. I will be contacting ABSA today.
