Im dissappointed

I have been trying to switch my bond from std bsnk to fnb.it was approved.sent to attorneys who sent me from pillar to post and eventually agrred that its the girst time they have done suvh a switch.after we have signed they told is the jave received a new instruction.w3 have to dogn again mind you my hisband live on different province and this has not been communicated with us.it has been six months already since the instruction has been sent to attorneys.as for banker o dont have one yet im being charged for that service
