I'm Disappointed by FNB

I'm so very much disappointed by the service received from FNB. I have been a loyal FNB customer for more than a decade. I have previously app**** for a loan of 17 000 and it was fully paid up and recent I app**** for a loan and was told that I qualify for R4500. I mean the amount wouldn't even cover the urgency needed for ... I was really disappointed that the bank I have been banking with for years couldn't approve me for a higher amount and the reason was that its system generated. I'm disappointed!!!
