Im deeply hurt by fnb

I have a life cover claim that I made in February 12 2021 but still no outcome The always hide behind the SAPS investigation and the SAPS asked to me hand over my phones to them to assist with the investigation cause apparently I am now the suspect as the deceased passed on due to gun shot and Im the beneficiary

No payment has been made and no response whatsoever The captain from the police station wrote them a letter stating that they were done with the investigation and there was no foul play suspected but still nothing They then took my matter to cyber crimes and handed my phones back to me but still nothing
