I'm appalled at your stinking service

Fnb your service stinks u dont even deserve a 1 star, I was de*****ed of R8000 using my virtual.card, R2000 went of 4 times u did not pick this up, even when I deactivated my cheque account it still.went out of my account, I want my money, I have been speaking to all ur *********** agents I was told I got a letter 24 june now again I will receive the letter again today, I dont want any letter do ur investigation properly and see where you were at fault allowing my money to go out of my account using virtual card
