I'm appalled!!!!!

So today,was at Shelley Centre and there was a man who was causing a commotion at the FNB atm.He claimed he was before the lady, who he then pushed and harassed whilst she attempted to withdraw money.Eventually,FNB employee (also a woman) and said she can't help after people started separating the two.1.With all that has been going on with women abuse in our country and that it is still August, is this acceptable? 2.How sure are we that this was not a ploy by said dude to rob the lady? 3.Are there ATM /mall cameras one can view to see this incident and aren't there supposed to be security around? I can honestly say I was disappointed and appalled.Is this how FNB helps you?
