I'm about to lose my policy over a ridiculous payment.

My account is blocked because of a payment I received on the 12th of October of R440. I explained to the consultant that called, I did tasks of subscribing to Youtube channels in exchange for cash. We normally subscribing to channels for free so why not subscribe to people's channels in exchange of cash. It was R40 per channel, so I did about 11 channels and received R440. Now my account is block and apparently the payment is reported *****ulent. I sent them proof of my conversation of the person I was in contact with who did the payment. My account is blocked I can't even pay my FNB policy because of this ridiculous amount received. Now I'm gonna lose my policy over a lousy R440 payment.
