*******ly debiting my account

Unfortunately, there is no lower rating than one star - as I want to rate FNB as -10 Stars. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of communication as with FNB. I had a credit card and are under debt review - even with a court decision and agreement on repayments to FNB - they phoned me diligently EVERY day to enquiry about payment. that is now after payments are received indeed from the debt counselor. After MANY MANY conversations, sending proof of debt review and payments made to FNB, FNB harass me on a daily base, even acknowledging the payments made to them and the debt review status. To top this FNB *******ly debited my account on Saturday, 17 September. After thinking that FNB was the bank of choice, they have drastically changed my mind within a week and I will make sure that I make this known to the Ombudsman, and I will exhaust all avenues to make this harassment and ******* debiting public. I had enough!

And 3 days later - absolutely no reply!!!! This is getting out of hand now as just another SMS found its way to us telling about us to maintain a good credit record and pay this amount to FNB. I have NEVER experienced harassment of this nature from any business entity. FNB claiming to be one of the leading banks. Leading yes - in ignoring court agreements, not replying upon investigation and utter incompetence. I really thought that FNB will investigate this matter and handle it accordingly - DISGUSTED!!!!!!
